The Art of Relationship
The Challenge
Group Purpose
To establish a learning community to examine the successes and challenges in all types of relationships; parent and child, parenting, co-parenting, intimate partners, friends, family of origin, nuclear family, and work relationships including with direct reports, staff, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Group Focus
Group members will be invited to share relationship experiences that illustrate breakthroughs in connection, as well as challenges that resulted in heart ache or discord. Based on the participants shared experiences, the theory, practice and skills from the disciplines of leadership, family systems, organizational psychology and spirituality will be presented.
Format
Eight weekly 90-minute in person sessions with information presentations, group member relationship experiences, small and large group discussions, self-reflection exercises and leadership journal entries.

Cost: $400 plus GST. $600 + GST for two individuals (family or friends). Extended medical may apply.

- Identify best practices and strategies that apply to all relationship situations
- To noticeably increase one’s personal power and leadership to achieve your desired outcomes
- To identify barriers to success and to create strategies to address them
- Identify action steps during each group to be applied during the next week
