Why RISE?
Escalation and violence often begin long before physical harm. It can stem from unmanaged stress, anger, or distorted thinking. RISE equips participants with personal tools to recognize these patterns early and make different choices—protecting families, relationships, and communities.

Program details
When: Thursdays, 6:00–7:30 pm (via Zoom)
Length: 6 weeks (plus check-ins)
Facilitators: Laura Luz, Scott Campbell and Rob Schoemaker
Completion: Action Plan + Evaluation + Court Letter
Funding: The program may be covered under extended medical.
Program Structure
Weekly group sessions (Zoom): Practical tools, peer learning, accountability
Individual sessions: Personalized support, action plan development
Completion requirement: Participants submit a written Action Plan outlining how to apply tools to daily life.
