R.I.S.E. Group Program

Regulating Intensity , Stress, and Escalation

Why R.I.S.E?

Escalation and violence often begin long before physical harm. It can stem from unmanaged stress, anger, or distorted thinking. RISE equips participants with personal tools to recognize these patterns early and make different choices—protecting families, relationships, and communities.

Who we work with

  • Individuals at risk of escalation or violence

  • Individuals waiting for a court date (assault charges)
