Coaching
Cascadia provides Elevate individual and group coaching (personal growth), family coaching (relationship, divorce, and parenting), and spiritual coaching (expanding consciousness for full self expression).
Consciousness
Cascadia provides support through our various modalities to assist clients to expand their consciousness. This helps to tap into deeper awareness of self, purpose, and innate abilities.

Group Elevate
ELEVATE is a 10-week group coaching program designed to support you to prioritize and strengthen a specific chosen area of your life. Using concepts from psychology, spirituality, and facilitator experience, ELEVATE is a step-by-step blueprint to bring you into alignment with what you truly desire.

Anger Management
Escalation and violence often begin long before physical harm. It can stem from unmanaged stress, anger, or distorted thinking. RISE equips participants with personal tools to recognize these patterns early and make different choices—protecting families, relationships, and communities.

High Conflict Divorce
If your family is experiencing a high conflict divorce, where the child(ren) are resisting or refusing contact with one parent, our Family First Reunification Program can help. These cases often involve parental estrangement, parental alienation, or a combination of both.
