Do you feel the pull to step deeper into your gifts and live more fully in your purpose?

This 2.5 hour workshop is an opportunity for women to come together, explore the personal gifts you feel called to express and to gently move through what might be getting in the way.

This Workshop includes

    SHARING & CACAO

    Intention setting, grounding meditation, cacao, and sharing about what you would like to create and express.

    EMBODIMENT

    Warm up and be guided through somatic exercises to support deep embodiment.

    ECSTATIC DANCE

    Enjoy free form dance to move through fear and limitations in the body. Share reflections and action items to close.

This workshop is brought to you by Thea Lowey

Thea is a certified coach and facilitator at Cascadia with a Masters degree in IO psychology. She grew up competitively dancing in Victoria B.C. and later discovered her love for ecstatic dance - free form expression and embodiment for joy and healing, rather than for progression and performance. She is passionate about helping others Elevate their lives through a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. Thea uses the modalities of coaching and movement to help individuals tap into their innate wisdom and experience deeper levels of embodiment, clarity, and connection.

In this workshop
you will receive:

  • 2.5 hours of in-person facilitation 

  • Opening sharing circle

  • Offering of cacao

  • Somatic embodiment exercises

  • Semi guided ecstatic dance

  • Closing circle
