The Challenge
Group Purpose
To help individuals increase their ability to self regulate so that they are more able to communicate, problem solve and deal with conflict more effectively.
Group Focus
Map out in detail the situations in which you do not feel in charge of your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours and design an alternative way of engaging that is more constructive.
In this group, you will
Date and Time: Currently accepting referrals. Days and times to be determined
Format: Six weekly 90 minute sessions (Zoom or in person options). Additionally, you may purchase individual sessions at a reduced rate of $125 per hour (normal rate $160). This discounted rate is only available during the group.
Cost: $350 plus GST

- Do you struggle with managing your emotions as a result of anxiety, depression, stress or anger?
- Do you find yourself sensitive to injustices or feel overwhelmed with life’s challenges?

- Meet others who are having or have had similar experiences
- In situations where escalation occurs either internally or externally, identify your physical cues, thoughts, emotional responses, and actions.
- Learn strategies and skills to develop more adaptive behaviours.
