Making an Appointment

​Call our office at 250-590-7050 and our staff will ask questions to help us understand the problem you wish to address. If you call after office hours, please leave a message regarding when we can reach you and the best number to use. Once we have spoken, the staff member gives your information to the Intake Coordinator who assigns the file based on your situation, preferences, and clinician expertise. Our goal is to have a counsellor contact you within two business days of your call, if not sooner. 

Fees

Fees vary depending on the type of service and the practitioner. Fees can be quoted once our office staff understand your particular situation. Extended medical coverage is often available. We accept Interac, credit card, personal cheque, e-transfer and cash.

If you have extended medical benefits through your employer, please find out the following information and let us know:
  • Which types of providers are covered under your policy (i.e. Psychologist, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC), Registered Social Worker (RSW), or any registered counsellor)
  • What is the amount of your coverage per year (or the remaining amount for the year) for counselling service? Is the coverage amount for your whole family or per individual/family member?
  • When is the cut off (renewal) date of your policy?
