The Challenge
Group Purpose
Dealing effectively with high conflict divorce cases requires a rigorous strategic orientation and an unusual amount of emotional and mental fortitude. This group will assist participants to feel empowered and to act effectively.
Group Focus
Emotional support, information presentations, skill development, action based strategies, understanding the legal process and the role mental health professionals play in family law high conflict divorce cases.
In this group, you will
Date: Days and times to be determined
Format: Six weekly 90-minute zoom sessions with check ins, information presentations, discussions, emotional support, identification of actions steps, follow up. Coaching by request on a fee for service basis.
Cost: $900 plus GST ($100 per hour per participant).

- Learn what you can do or to cope well with your situation
- Learn strategies and skills and be supported to take impactful action
